Midsommarfest kicks off Friday\, June 10\, 5 p.m. -10 p.m. from Catalpa to Foster and continues Saturday\, June 11 and Sunday\, June 12 from noon -10 p.m. New this year\, Friday night’s festivities will expand an additional three blocks from Catalpa all the way Foster\, instead of ending at Summerdale as in previous years. \nThe Museum will host the south stage\, have a midsummer pole with dancing on Friday shortly after 5 p.m.\, a beer tent\, Store tent\, craft table and a food booth. Admission to the Swedish American Museum June 10-11 is free and there will be guided tours throughout Saturday and Sunday. The Museum is open regular hours during Midsommarfest unless stated otherwise.
