We will combine elements of Hatha and Yin-Yoga as well as Meditation.\nHatha Yoga focuses on postures that practice to align\, strengthen\, and promote flexibility in the body.\nYin poses are passive stretches held for minutes at a time\, preparing the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension.\nBreathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.\nAll Yoga postures will be introduced through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration.\nWHAT TO BRING?
