We will combine elements of Hatha and Yin-Yoga as well as Meditation.\nHatha Yoga focuses on postures that practice to align\, strengthen\, and promote flexibility in the body.\nYin poses are passive stretches held for minutes at a time\, preparing the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension.\nBreathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.\nAll Yoga postures will be introduced through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration.\nWHAT TO BRING? Yoga mat\, 1-2 beach towels\n\nAbout Your Instructor:\nMy name is Janina\, I’m originally from Kiel\, Germany. I’ve been a passionate Yogi for about 7 years now and am so happy to bring the essence of Yoga – finding stillness in our body and mind – into other people’s lives.\nSome of you may know me as the Saturday School German instructor or have seen me working in our Pre-School.
