SUMMARY:Midsommar Pop-Up Café
DESCRIPTION:Stop by the Museum for our Midsommar Pop-Up Café! To celebrate the traditional date of Midsommar\, we will be serving different kinds of potatoes and herring\, along side meatballs\, egg\, cheese\, and sausage sandwiches\, and baked goods! The Café is from 11 am – 3 pm in the main gallery. You will always find Cinnamon rolls and Swedish coffee in addition to some other delicious baked goods in the Museum’s main gallery. If the weather allows we will open up the courtyard for outdoor seating.

Learn about what awaited the millions who came to America via Ellis Island and what life was like in Swedish neighborhoods such as Andersonville in Chicago then and now. The tour is free with admissions\, and members are free. \nReservations are recommended and can be made via email to museum@samac.org.
