Kulturküche – Sausage Making

Still trying to figure out how to use the sausage maker you got for a Christmas present? Join us for Kulturküche, our very own German-inspired cooking class! This month we will have Chef Peter Andros from Sausage König teaching students how to make their own homemade sausage. This is a popular class and it fills up fast. Course includes generous tastings and recipes. $24 per person / $20 for “Friends of the DANK Haus”. Class is held Friday, February 22 and starts at 7:30 PM. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Beverages will be available for purchase at the bar. Bring your friends and your taste buds!
