In partnership with Thattu, one of Chicago’s acclaimed Kerala restaurants, this intimate evening invites guests to experience the vibrant flavors of Kerala through a curated meal and engaging conversation. Discover the stories, traditions, and cultural influences that have shaped the cuisine of the southwestern coastal region, where every dish has a story to tell.

The event will feature a carefully curated meal and engaging conversation between the restaurant’s chef and owner duo, Margaret Pak and Vinod Kalathil and guest moderator, acclaimed food historian, Colleen Sen.
