Are you interested in connecting with other young professionals in the field of tech? Would you like to learn more about advocating for yourself in the field of tech as a minorty? If you answered yes to these questions, you do not want to miss this FREE event!

ACCE is proud to host Muslim Women in Tech (MWT) for a special evening of networking and discussions around salary negotiations, asking for promotions, and more. MWT is proud to present (TBD) as a keynote speaker to touch on these topics followed by a short Q & A. This evening is being sponsored by Airblox, a logistics start up that will have a booth available to visit and connect with.

Evening Schedule:

7:00-7:45PM – Welcome: Self guided tour of ACCE and light refreshments

7:45-8:30 – ACCE + MWT welcome, Keynote Speaker (TBD) with Q & A, Airblox pitch

8:30-9:30 – Networking and social hour

The Abrahamic Center for Cultural Education (ACCE) is an art gallery and resource center dedicated to promoting the understanding of Islam and Muslims in the community by working with individuals and academic, religious, public, and private institutions. Muslim Women in Technology aims to create a network for current and future female leaders across all industries by developing connections, learning together, and sharing opportunities for career advancement. Our vision is to support, empower, and increase the confidence of Muslim women and other marginalized groups in a tech-centric world. We aim to do this by providing educational, mentorship, and career opportunities. With these opportunities we envision an inclusive, diverse, and safe space that paves the way for high retainment of female leaders in the workforce.
