Anchoring their performance and personal practices in the Karnatik system, Vignesh Ishwar, Sayee Rakshith, Praveen Sparsh, and Chandrasekara Sharma present possibilities through the intersections of contemporary sensibilities of language, sound, and repertoire representations. This special concert highlights both the juxtaposition and amalgamation of the familiar, timeless Karnatik sound and shifts in practice and representation.
